Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of June 6, 2016 be approved.

Resolved, 1. That Report FIN 16-23 dated June 15, 2016 regarding the Property Revitalization Tax Increment Grant Approval - 22 John Street be received; 2. And that a Property Revitalization Tax Increment Grant for the remediation and redevelopment of the property at 22 John Street be approved; 3. And that a By-law be approved authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to enter into a Property Revitalization Tax Increment Grant with Brite Developments Inc. for the property located at 22 John Street, Grimsby.

Resolved that the Forty Mile Creek Trail - Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program (CIP 150) Funding application Report DRS16-17 be received for information and the Director of Page 3 of 8 Council June 20, 2016 Recreation, Facility and Culture be authorized to apply for funding from the CIP 150 for improvements/repairs to the Forty Mile Creek Trail.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby lift Resolution AF-16-50 from the June 13, 2016 Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes for separate consideration.

Resolved that the Mayor and Treasurer be authorized to enter into a loan agreement with Grimsby Energy Inc. contingent on the following terms: Amount of loan: $600,000. Annual interest rate: 2.0% Term: 120 days Default rate: 5.0% Payable on demand. Shareholder's meeting before the end of June 2016. Third Party Review, selected by Council. Resolved that Council meetings for the months of July and August 2016 begin at 6:30 p.m.

Resolved that the resignation of Chantal DiFlavio as a member of the Grimsby Public Art Gallery Advisory Committee be received with regret.

Resolved that authorization be provided for the distribution of funds from Niagara Power Inc. Hydro Shareholders Representative Account in lieu of Shareholder representative remuneration: GAMRU for required equipment - $3,500

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 16-36 to 16- 40 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law 16-36 to 16-40 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule contrary notwithstanding.
