"RESOLVED, That the minutes of the Council meeting of October 20, 2008, be approved."

"RESOLVED, That the presention by Steve Butz, CEO, YMCA of Niagara, and Greg Shupe, Chair, YMCA of Niagara, relative to the Report and Recommendations West Niagara Project, be received; and 1. That Grimsby Town Council supports the continued development of the YMCA West Niagara Project; 2. That Grimsby Town Council agrees to the funding model presented, ie a Town contribution of $3,060,000 subject to: a) acquisition of a viable site in the preferred area, b) a confirmed commitment of other government funding, c) the YMCA completing a capital campaign feasibility study and setting a firm target, and 3.
