Resolved that Report FIN-11-05 dated January 24, 2011 regarding the 2010 Statement of Remuneration and Expenses for Members of Council be received.

Resolved that Report TC-11-02 dated February 2, 2011 with respect to the 2010 Municipal Election be received.

Page 3 of 4 Page 3 Administration & Finance February 14, 2011 Resolved that Report TM-11-02 be received; and That the Town Hall be closed for the period December 26, 2011 to December 30, 2011; and That members of Staff governed by the Documents of General Working Conditions Salaried and Management, save for those Management Staff paid at an hourly rate, and subject to the conditions and circumstance, be granted the time away; It be noted that the time described is comprised of paid statutory holidays and vacation.

Resolved that the memorandum prepared by Keith Vogl, Town Manager dated January 20, 2011 with reference to Trillium Gift of Life Network Grant, Living Wall Town Hall feature be received.

Resolved that Committee meet in Closed Session to consider litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board, Section 239 (2)(e) of the Municipal Act, 2001. 2010 Municipal Election

Resolved that Committee return to Open Session.

Resolved that the direction given to Staff in a Closed Session be confirmed.
