Resolved that Report FCR 10-06 dated April 9, 2010 with reference to the Tanker Replacement be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to purchase a new 2011 Tanker- Pumper for $201,639 (US) excluding equipment and taxes from Midwest Fire.

Resolved that Report FIN 10-13 dated April 8, 2010 with regard to Tax Write-Offs be received and that the total write-offs in the amount of $7,730.60 be approved.

Resolved that Report TM-10-05 dated March 24, 2010 respecting Regulating and Licensing of Cats be received for discussion purposes.

Resolved that Alderman John Cruickshank be authorized to attend the 2010 Ontario Small Urban Municipalities Conference in Stratford, Ontario May 5 - 7, 2010, with reimbursement of costs in accordance with the Town's Conference Policy.

Resolved that Alderman Wayne Fertich and Alderman Dave Kadwell be authorized to attend the Association of Municipalities of Ontario in Windsor, Ontario August 15 - 18, 2010, with reimbursement of costs in accordance with the Town's Conference Policy.

Resolved that the Committee go into a Closed Session to consider personal matters about an identifiable individual.

Resolved that Committee resume the regular meeting.
