Resolve that Report DPW12-35 dated September 7, 2012 regarding the North Service Road/Casablanca Blvd. Shoreline Protection Project be received and that the low tender by CRL Campbell Ltd. in the amount of $898,608.75 (excluding HST) be approved and that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents.

Resolved that Report DPW12-36 dated September 7, 2012 regarding the Bell Mobility – Clarke Street Tower Lease be received and that the proposed twenty year Lease Agreement for #1 Clarke Street – between the Town of Grimsby and Bell Mobility Inc. at the initial year rental rate of $10,000 be approved and that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary agreement.

Resolved, that the correspondence received from InStride Productions Ltd. dated October 6, 2011 to request approval for the Tim Hortons Peachbud 3K and 8K Races on Town roads scheduled November 10, 2012 subject to all notifications, Regional Permits (if applicable) and insurance requirements be received prior to the event.
