Resolved that the minutes of the meeting held on May 18, 2021 be approved.

Resolved that Submission A14-21 by Erik L. Husby for a variance to replace a portion of fence along the east property line to a height of 2.44m whereas 2m is the maximum permitted.

Resolved that Submission A15-21 by Michael and Erin MacQueen for a variance to permit a rear yard setback for an accessory structure of Page 3 of 5 Committee of Adjustment June 15, 2021 0.43m whereas 1.3m is required; a variance to permit a side yard setback of 0.39m whereas 1.2m is allowed be approved.

Resolved that Submission A16-21 by David and Michele Proctor for a variance to permit a secondary suite solely in a cellar, whereas By-law 14-45, as amended, states that a secondary suite is permitted as long as it is not located solely in a cellar; a variance to permit a right side yard walkout, whereas the exterior appearance of the dwelling is unaltered to accommodate the unit except for replacement basement Page 4 of 5 Committee of Adjustment June 15, 2021 windows and/or changes to accommodate rear basement entries, BE APPROVED.

Resolved that Submission A17-21 by Mr. and Mrs. Patsiatzis for a variance to permit a rear yard setback of 6.63m whereas 7.5m is required, BE APPROVED.
