"Resolved that Report P.A. 12-37, regarding site plan application by Dimtsis Dentistry Professional Corporation, 146 Main Street East (5007-632) be received and that the application be approved subject to the applicant Page 3 of 6 Planning & Development Committee September 25, 2012 obtaining a minor variance for the proposed front yard and satisfying the technical conditions specified in Appendix "A" to the report. Further that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf."

"Resolved that Report P.A. 11-39 regarding Site Plan Application (5007- 616), Auto Dealership 417 South Service Road, be received and that the site plan be approved subject to the conditions outlined in Appendix "A" of the report; and that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Town Clerk to sign the agreement."

"Resolved that Report P.A. 12-43, regarding the Grimsby Museum of the Streets Commemorative Plaque Program be received as information. And, that the Grimsby Museum of the Streets Commemorative Plaque Program be endorsed; And, that an advisory panel be established of one representative each of Council, Planning Department Staff, Recreational Services Staff, Public Works Staff, Grimsby Museum, Grimsby Art Gallery and the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee."

"Resolved that Report P.A. 12-44, regarding the recommendation that Schedule "A" of the designating by-law for 133 Main Street East be amended to reflect the correct legal description of the property, be received; And, that the notice of intention to amend the by-law be issued under Part IV, Section 30.1 of the Ontario Heritage Act for the property at 133 Main Street East." "Resolved that Report P.A. 12-41, regarding model homes in the Azure Subdivision, Winston Road be received and that the requirement for Council approval of a site plan for three model homes on Block 3 in the Azure Subdivision be waived subject to the Planning Director approving the plans."
