Johnston; Resolved that Report P.A. 18-31 regarding a site plan application by BRITE Developments Inc. at 27 John Street be received and that the application be approved subject to the conditions outlined in Appendix "A" of this report. Page 3 of 5 Planning & Development Committee September 25, 2018 Further that a by-law be forwarded to council for approval that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf following the applicant meeting the conditions of approval to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. And that an additional Public Meeting is not required for the proposed zoning amendment per Section 34(17) of the Planning Act.

Resolved that Report P.A. 18-28, regarding the recommendation that Schedule "B" of the designating by-law for 16 Ontario Street be amended to reflect the correct municipal address preceding the heritage attributes of the property, be received. And that the notice of intention to amend the by-law be issued under Part IV Section 30.1 of the Ontario Heritage Act for the property at 16 Ontario Street.
