"RESOLVED, That Submission A-14/08 by Hamilton General Homes (1971) Ltd., for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended by By-law 07-2 Section 11A, Residential R3 Zone, to allow for the construction of a new single dwelling unit with a garage projection of 3.8 metres beyond the front face of the dwelling in a Residential R3 Zone at # 40 Sidare Court, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land."
