Resolved that Minor Variance Application A33-23, for 233 Inglehart Road to specifically permit the erection of a building as a dwelling on a lot where another dwelling already exists; whereas Section 4.7 a) of Zoning By-law 14-45, as amended, does not permit the erection of any dwelling on a lot where another dwelling already exists.

Resolved that Minor Variance Application A01-24, for 172 Main Street East to permit the use of land, and the erection and use of a temporary parking lot for construction work off-premises for which a building permit has been issued and not expired, but only for so long as such use is necessary for such construction work which has not been finished or abandoned; whereas Section 4.3 of Zoning By-law 14-45, as amended, permits temporary uses only on the premises for which a building permit has been issued and not expired, but only for so long as such use, building or structure is necessary for such construction works which has not been finished or abandoned.
