Resolved that Submission A-29/16 by Isaac Olchowecki, to allow for the construction of a 4.57 Metre x 4.57 metre elevated covered deck to the existing dwelling with a rearyard setback of 4.1 metres in a Residential Detached (RD3.45) Zone at #38 Bell Avenue, Grimsby, be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of Page 3 of 4 Committee of Adjustment August 23, 2016 the land. Subject to the following conditions: 1. The deck be limited to 4.7 metres wide x 5.9 metres deep including rear stairs and landing area.
