"RESOLVED, That Submission A-07/09 by Marsha Cox & Daniel Brenner, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71- 74, as amended Section 27, Preferred Industrial M1 Zone, to allow for expansion of a legal non-conforming use with the construction of a 3.3 metre elevated deck on the South & East side with setbacks of .91 metres and 6.7 metres respectfully as per the circulated sketch for the consideration of the application of the existing building in a Preferred Industrial M1 Zone at # 53 Ontario Street, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land."
