Resolved that Resolution Number PD-19-89 be lifted from the Planning Committee meeting minutes of November 12, 2019 for separate consideration of item GH-19-30 ( Nelles Day Discussion) from the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee of October 15, 2019.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Litigation Pleadings be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Municipal Modernization program from November 12, 2019 be received

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239(2 ) ( b) of the Municipality Act. 2001, personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees and section 239(2)(d) labour relations or employee negotiations  CAO Objective Update

Resolved that Closed Session update on the CAO objectives be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law 19-99 to 19-103, read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.

Resolved that Legal Counsel proceed with the directions provided in the Closed Session in regards to the litigation of the Grimsby Air Park.

Resolved that confidential Closed Session Report FIN 19-24 be received and that the recommendation contained therein be approved.

Resolved that Closed Session update on the Biodigester litigation be received.

Resolved that the Litigation Committee be considered in January 2020 after the completion of the forensic audit.
