Resolved that the delegation of Ellis Katsof, CEO, Pathstone Mental Health, Deirdra Burke, Board Director, Pathstone Mental Health and Richard Houghton, Board Director, Pathstone Foundation with reference to an update on Pathstone Mental Health Activities be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Ute Maya-Giambattista with reference to the West End Waterfront Master Plan and Trail Plan Study be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Catharine Gonnsen of 202 Ridge Road West, Grimsby with reference to Jordan Heights Zoning Amendment, Draft Plan of Subdivision, Draft Plan of Condominium at 270 Main Street West be received.

Resolved that Grimsby Public Library meeting minutes of February 12, 2014 be received.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of March 17, 2014 be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of March 19, 2014 be approved.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of March 27, 2014 be approved.

Resolved that the Special Public Works Committee meeting minutes of March 31, 2014 be approved.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee (Committee of the Whole) meeting minutes of March 31, 2014 be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of April 1, 2014 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received and the Resolution regarding Government Reform on Joint & Several Liability be supported.

Resolved that the resignation from the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA) submitted by board member Trevor Easton be received with regret.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby approved the appointment of Regional Councillor Debbie Zimmerman on the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA) for the Term of Council 2010 to 2014.

Resolved that a recommendation from March 5, 2014 Grimsby Museum Board minutes (which were received by Council on March 17, 2014) to appoint Anita Hurst to the Museum Board for the 2010 to 2014 term of Council be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 14-27 - 14- 33 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 14-27 - 14- 33 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
