Kadwell; Resolved that Report DPW16-01 dated January 6, 2016 regarding the Assumption of Municipal Services for Parkside Terrace, 301 Main Street East be received, and further, that the Director of Public Works be authorized to release the current Letter of Credit in the amount of $9,885.50, and further, that the Director of Public Works be authorized to issue the Final Certificate of Completion of Page 2 of 2 Public Works Committee January 13, 2016 Services, and further, that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary Roadway Assumption By-law.

DiFlavio; Resolved that Report DPW16-02 dated January 8, 2016 regarding Winston Road / North Service Road Reconstruction Design from Windward Drive to Winston Road / Fifth Wheel Entrance (approximately 250 metres east of Casablanca Blvd.) be received and that the Consulting Engineering firm of CIMA Canada Ltd. be employed by the Town to carry out the reconstruction and widening design of this section of roadway at an upset limit fee of $51,605.00 (plus HST).
