1. Resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board approve the draft 2023 budget increase of $43,090 (increase of 4.36%) and recommend it to Town Council for approval in the 2023 budget; and 2. Resolved that The Grimsby Public Library Board approve, as part of the year end process, the transfer of any surplus, in at least the amount received by donation in the given year, to the Strategic Priorities Reserve should that amount of surplus exist; and 3. Resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board approve the draft 2023 capital project budget of $208,300 as presented in Table 1 of the report and recommend it to Town Council for approval in the 2023 budget
