"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-26, regarding an application to remove Part Lot Control for Blocks 24, 25 and 26, Plan 30M-392 Westbrook Subdivision Phase II, be received, and that a By-law to lift Part Lot Control be forwarded to Council for approval following: a) the registration of the draft 30R plan; and Page 2 of 2 Planning & Development October 12, 2010 b) the applicant signing the agreement that amends the Subdivision Agreement. Further, that a By-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Agreement on the Town’s behalf.”
