Committee of Adjustment

Resolved that the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting of November 6, 2018 be approved as circulated.

Resolved that Submission B-07/18 by 2659358 ONTARIO INC. for consent to convey be granted as per the Notice of Decision.

Resolved that Submission B-08/18 by 2659358 ONTARIO INC. for consent to convey be granted as per the Notice of Decision.

Resolved that Submission A-19/18 by 2659358 ONTARIO INC. to legalize a new proposed lot area for part 2 being 715.48 square metres and a new lot frontage for proposed part 3 being 18.28 metres as the result of proposed consent to sever application (B-07, 08/18) in a Low Density Residential (RD 2.25) Zone at #4 Strathearn Avenue, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.

Resolved that Submission A-20/18 by PARKLAND CROSSING INC. to allow for the construction of a new residential development with lot coverage's of 50% in a Residential (RM1 and RD4) Zone at 364-368 Park Road North, be approved with conditions for the following reasons: The Variance is minor in nature. 1. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 2. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land. Subject to the following conditions: 1. That the variance of 50% lot coverage applies to lots 2 to 9 inclusive. 2. That a variance of 40% lot coverage applies to lot 10. 3. That lot 1 retains the current lot coverage of 34%.

Resolved that the Secretary / Treasurer be authorized to pay travelling expenses for 2018 to members of the Committee of Adjustment in the total amount of $1503.36 detailed in Report CA-18-2 dated December 4, 2018.
