Resolved that Submission A-24/15 by Lloyd & Sara Bosnic, for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law 14-45, Residential (RD2.25) Zone Section 7, to allow for the construction of a one storey 65.8 square metre addition, with a sideyard setback of .914 metres in the Residential Detached (RD2.25) Zone at # 15 Lynnwood Avenue, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. Page 3 of 3 Committee of Adjustment August 18, 2015 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
