Resolved that the delegation of John Dunstall, Frank Rupcic and Susan Morin, Directors with Tourism Excellent Niagara Inc. (TEN Inc.) with reference to a request for funding for the information booth at Gateway Niagara be received.

Resolved that Report TC-12-16 dated December 3, 2012 with respect to the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee, Multi Year Accessibility Plan 2013- 2017 to Identify Barriers for People with Disabilities be adopted; And further that the Proposal to Coordinate AODA Compliance for 2013-2014 the annual cost for participation in the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee for 2013-2014 be received And further that the Town of Grimsby continue to participate as a member of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee, and the Clerk be directed to go back to the JAAC to clarify the financial requirements given the current reserve balance.

Resolved that Report FIN-12-26 dated December 5, 2012 regarding the 2011 Schedule of Reserves, Reserve Funds and Trust Funds be received.

Resolved that Report FIN-12-27, McNally House - Cancellation of Taxes under Section 365 of the Municipal Act dated December 3, 2012 be received and the request be approved.

Resolved that Report FIN-12-28, 2013 Budget Guidelines dated December 5, 2012 be received; and That the budget guidelines, procedures and budget schedule found in Schedules A, B and C be approved.

Resolved that Report TM-12-06 dated December 10, 2012 regarding a request by Grimsby Power Incorporated to revise the Promissory Note dated December 18, 2007 be received and approved.

Resolved that Alderman Mullins be Vice Chair of the Administration & Finance Committee from January, 2013 for the balance of the term of Council.
