RESOLVED, "That the Lynnwood Subdivision Playground Equipment and Park Naming Report DRS08-10 be received and that the Grimsby Rotary at Noon Club playground proposal from Playpower in the amount of $38,057.18 plus G.S.T. be approved and further as per the Town's Park Naming Policy, the new park be named Rotary Park based on the club's $20,000 contribution to the park's development."
