Resolved that Report P.A. 16-01 titled “Winston Neighbourhood Urban Design Manual”, dated February 9, 2016 be received and endorsed; And that the Winston Neighbourhood Urban Design Manual be approved and applied as an expression of the Town’s vision, policies and guidelines for implementing the policies of the Winston Neighbourhood Secondary Plan and the Town’s Official Plan.
