Resolved that, Report P.A. 19-29, regarding the Zoning Amendment (26Z-16-1606) application at 89 Main Street East, be received; And that, the draft zoning by-law amendment attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report P.A. 19-30, regarding a request for Extension of Draft Plan of Subdivision approval, AG Construction, 84 Livingston Avenue, Town of Grimsby, be received, and that draft approval be extended for a three month period to October 23, 2019.

Resolved that, Report P.A. 19-31 regarding Resolution GH 19-25, passed by the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee on July 31, 2019, to approve the Heritage Permit Application for 53 Ontario Street, be received. And, as per Resolution GH 19-25, the heritage permit be approved based on the drawings included on pages 2 and 3 of Report P.A. 19-31, which depicts glazing and that the rail detail shown on the construction plan be amended to show glazing as depicted on the elevation drawing.

Resolved that, the following Public Meeting Minutes be adopted as Schedule "A" to the Planning & Development minutes of the meeting held on August 13, 2019 Schedule "A": Public Meeting Minutes dated July 23, 2019, regarding Zoning Amendment Application 26Z-16-1804, 361 South Service Road

Resolved that, the minutes from the GEDAC meeting of August 7, 2019, be received as information.

Resolved that, the minutes of the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee meeting of July 31, 2019, be received as information.

Resolved that, staff be directed to prepare a report responding to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing call for comments on the proposed changes to the Provincial Policy Statement and bring forward the report to the September 10th Planning & Development Committee meeting.
