Resolved that Submission A-25/12 by Wayne & Julie Felker, to legalize the location of recently constructed accessory structures of 6.4 & 4.7 square metres, with rear and side yard setbacks of 0.42 metres in a Residential R2 Zone at # 42 Baker Road South, Grimsby be granted approved with conditions for the following reasons: 1. The variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land. Page 3 of 4 Committee of Adjustment November 13, 2012 Subject to the following conditions: a. That the accessory structures be equipped with an eaves trough to address roof drainage.
