"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-9, regarding applications for zoning amendment and red line revisions, Bedford Park Vacant Land Condominium be received and that: a) the draft by-law attached to the Report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval; b) that the Bedford Park Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium be revised; and c) that draft plan conditions 8 and 9 to the Bedford Park Vacant Page 1 of 3 PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE March 30, 2010 Land Condominium 26CD-16-0407 be removed as they are no longer applicable."
