Resolved that the minutes of the Art Gallery Advisory Board Meetings on Sept. 13 and Oct. 11, 2018 be received for information and the recommendations within be approved.

Resolved that the Minutes of the Grimsby Museum Board meeting of Oct. 3, 2018 be received for information.

Resolved that the Christmas Parade Report DRS18-29 be received and approved for a parade on Saturday, December 1, 2018 along Livingston Ave. and Main St. starting at approximately 5:15 pm. It is further recommended that Town Council support the permit application to the Niagara Region requesting temporary closure of the streets along the parade route, which will include restricting parking along the route from Garden Dr. to Elm St.

Brooks; Resolved that the Committee receives the Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan - Community Consultation Report DRS18-30 for information.

Resolved that the Committee receives the Southward Community Park - Bocce Ball Courts Report DRS18-31 be received for information and that 1. The proposal for the bocce ball courts installation be approved and that 2. The suggested use agreement with Grimsby-Lincoln Special Olympics be approved

Resolved that the Committee recommends that the Director's Information Report - November 2018 DRS18-32 be received for information.

Resolved that the Committee receives the Southward Community Park - Capital Development Project Summary Report DRS18-33 for information.
