Resolved, that the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee objects to the approval of the minor variance application A-30/15 at #155 Main Street West for the following reasons: 1. Incompatible scale within the context of the streetscape; and 2. Incompatible design within the context of the streetscape and the Heritage designated building at #159 Main Street West.
