Johnston; Resolved that Report P.A. 16-34 regarding a site plan application by Schuit Homes for a proposed townhouse development at 107 Main Street East be received; And that the application be approved subject to the conditions listed in Appendix "A" to this report; And that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the development agreement on the Town's behalf.

Seaborn; Resolved that Report P.A. 16-30 regarding zoning amendment application by Manorcore Group Inc. for the removal of holding provisions at 260 Kerman Avenue, be received and that the application be approved. Further, that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" be passed. And that buildings L & M be subject to a future site plan approval prior to issuance of a building permit.
