J.Johnston; "RESOLVED, That Report No. DPW09-56 dated November 13, 2009 regarding the Assumption of Municipal Services for Nelles Lake Estates be received, and further, that the Director of Public Works be authorized to release the current Letter of Credit in the amount of $38,440.00 and further, that the Director of Public Works be authorized to issue the Final Certificate of Completion of Services; and further, that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary Roadway Assumption By- law.”

“RESOLVED, That Report DPW09-57 dated November 27, 2009 regarding Town of Grimsby Road System – Ten-Year Pavement Resurfacing Needs Program and Funding Requirements be received by Council to identify the annual roads resurfacing needs for the municipality.”

Cruickshank; Page 2 of 7 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE January 13, 2010 “RESOLVED, That Report DPW09-58 dated December 23, 2009 regarding Parking Restrictions – Dorchester Drive from Pembroke Circle to Baker Road be received and that the following parking restrictions be approved for addition to the Town’s Traffic By-law 89-2000; Schedule “C” (Parking Prohibitions): Highway Side From To Time Dorchester North 250m South 55m west Anytime Drive of Udell Way of Baker Road and further that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute an amending By-law.”

Kadwell; “RESOLVED, That Report DPW09-59 dated December 8, 2009 regarding Main Street West Sanitary Sewer - Proposed By-law and Designation of the Special Benefit Area and assessed Charge be received and that the proposed By-law by approved as presented herein including the Charge in the amount of $17,600 per property at the time of connection, the Annual Adjustment cost of $440 per year commencing the 31st of December 2010 and the Special Benefit Area as presented in Schedule ‘B’ to the By-law and further that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to process and execute the By-law.”

"RESOLVED, That Report DPW10-01 dated January 8, 2010, regarding the Final Payment and release of the Ten-Percent (10%) Construction Lien Holdback – Contract PWC09-02- 320041 – Brierwood Storm Sewer Replacement be received and release of the Ten-Percent (10%) construction lien holdback to Baiocco Construction Corp. in the amount of $24,936.15 and further that the Director of Public Works be authorized to release the Two-Percent (2%) One-Year Maintenance holdback in the amount of $4,844.74 when the one-year maintenance period expires on September 5, 2010 in favour of Baiocco Construction Corp.”

Cruickshank; "RESOLVED, That Report DPW10-02 dated January 8, 2010, regarding the final payment and release of the Construction Lien Hold Back – Contract PWC09-02-320057 – Stewart Street ROW, Shoreline Protection Project, be received and release of the construction lien holdback payable to Crown Landscaping Ltd. in the net amount of $2,945.13 be approved and further that the Director of Public Works be authorized to release the One- Year Maintenance holdback in the amount of $1303.28 when the maintenance period expires on December 2, 2010.”
