Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Section 239(2)(f) of the Municipal Act, 2001, advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose and Section 239(2)(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals affecting the municipality or local board.  Legal Action Re: Grimsby Energy Inc.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law No. 19-61 read a first time now be read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
