Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of March 7, 2016 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Hoordad Ghandehari, Icon Architects with reference to LJM Developments, 560 North Service Road, Grimsby be received.

Resolved that the memorandum from the Town of Grimsby Senior Planner with reference to LJM Developments, 560 North Service Road, Grimsby be received.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby lift Resolution PD-16-12 from the March 8, 2016 Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes for separate consideration.

Resolved that Report 16-5 regarding an application to revise an approved site plan by LJM Developments (Grimsby) Inc., 560 North Service Road be received and that: a) The site plan be approved subject to satisfying the conditions outlined in Appendix A to the report; and b) That a By-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Development Agreement on the Town's behalf.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of March 8, 2016 be approved as amended.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of March 9, 2016 be approved.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes for March 14, 2016 be approved.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby direct staff to advertise a Committee of the Whole meeting on March 30, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. to consider the 2016 Budget.

Resolved that the minutes of the Grimsby Economic Development Advisory Committee meeting of February 24, 2016 be received as information.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Town of Aurora with reference to the Ontario Municipal Board Jurisdiction be received and endorsed.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Niagara Regional Labour Council with reference to the request to declare April 28, 2016 as National Day of Mourning as received.

Resolved that correspondence from Operation Lifesaver (Railway Association of Canada and Transport Canada) with reference to a request to declare April 25 - May 1, 2016 as Public - Rail Safety Week be received.

Resolved that Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 16-18 and 16-19 and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 16-18 and Page 6 of 7 Council March 21, 2016 16-19 read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule to the contrary notwithstanding.
