Resolved that the Council minutes of July 18, 2011 be approved.

Resolved that Joey Hewitt, Acting Chair of the JAAC along with Stephen Barker, JAAC member on behalf of the JAAC with reference to an overview of the AODA Integrated Accessibility Standard be received.

Resolved that the delegation of L. Rossetto, Romlee Homes Inc. with reference to Report PA11-28, 288 Main Street East, Zoning By-law Amendment & Draft Plan of Condominium be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Ryan Oosterhoff of Losani Homes and Toula Nessinis of Armstrong Hunter & Associates with reference to 381 Murray Street be received.

Resolved that Report P.A. 11-30 regarding the Zoning amendment Application Z-10-10 be received; And further that the Zoning Amendment Application be approved; And further that the by-law attached to the report as Appendix 'A' be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee minutes of August 10, 2011 be approved.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby lift Resolution PD11-49 from the August 9, 2011 Planning & Development Committee minutes for separate consideration.

Resolved that Report PA11-27 regarding the application for Zoning Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision approval be received and that; 1. The draft Plan of Subdivision be approved, subject to the conditions attached to this report as Appendix 'A' and a reduction in the number of lots from 28 - 24 be made. 2. That the draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached to the report as Appendix 'B' be forwarded to Council for approval following the submission of a Draft 30M Plan and surveyor's confirmation that all lots conform to the approved zoning.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee minutes of August 9, 2011 be approved as amended.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment minutes of July 26, 2011 be received and filed.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-laws 11-45 and 11-46 and same be now read a first time.
