Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of June 2, 2014 be approved.

Resolved that the deputation of Tammy Kramar, MPAC representative with reference to the introduction of the new enumeration tool used in the preparation of the Preliminary List of Electors - voterlookup.ca be received.

Resolved that the deputation of Doug Curtiss, CEO, Grimsby Power Inc. with reference to an update for members of Council, be received.

Resolved that the deputation of Bob Bryant, VP & GM, Niagara Regional Broadband Network (NRBN) with reference to an overview of NRBN be received.

Resolved that the Grimsby Public Library meeting minutes of May 14, 2014 be received.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby lift Resolution AF-14-42 from the June 9, 2014 Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes for separate consideration.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby amend Resolution AF-14-42 from the June 9, 2014 Administration & Finance Committee meeting to state that the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 64 GB Windows 8.1 Pro Tablet with Intel Core i3 Processor be considered.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee minutes of June 9, 2014 be approved as amended.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of June 10, 2014 be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of June 10, 2014 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of June 11, 2014 be approved.

Resolved that the correspondence from the City of Thorold with reference to Policing Costs be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 14-55 to 14- 59 inclusive and that the same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act, 2001, litigation or potential litigation including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board - R. Jordan Greenhouses

Resolved that Council return to Open Session.

Resolved that the direction given to staff and legal counsel in a Closed Session is confirmed.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 14-55 to 14- 59 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
