Resolved that report FIN-23-27, Forty Mile Creek Pedestrian Bridge Budget Amendment, dated October 11, 2023 be received; and 1. That Council approves a budget amendment of $95,000 to be funded from the Parkland Dedication Reserve; and 2. That Council approve the revised project budget for the Forty Mile Creek Pedestrian Bridge at a total of $650,000.

That Council approve a revised total project budget of $81,500 for the User Fee Charges and Review.

Whereas the Town of Grimsby’s Finance Committee currently holds meetings Thursdays at 5:00 p.m.; and Whereas 5:00 p.m. meetings present a challenge for many members of the finance committee due to employment and family commitments; and Whereas a 6:00 p.m. meeting time for the Town of Grimsby’s Finance Committee would be a more suitable time for its committee members; Therefore be it resolved that all future Town of Grimsby Finance Committee meetings be held at 6:00 p.m. unless a formal time change has been approved by the Finance Committee prior to meeting.
