Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of October 16, 2017 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Joe Panetta, Chair and Remy Fernandez, CEO of Grimsby Power Inc. with reference to the presentation of a dividend cheque to the Town of Grimsby be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Leon Stambolich, Director of Corridor Infrastructure - Lakeshore West Corridor; Manuel Pedrosa, Director of Community Relations & Communications; Brian Gallaugher, Director of Project Planning - RER; Robert Pasiak, Senior Advisor of Communications and Community Relations; Rick Schippling, Senior Advisor, Project Planning - RER from Metrolinx with reference to an overview of the Grimsby route be received.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby lift DPW 17-39 from the October 25, 2017 Public Works Committee meeting minutes for separate consideration.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of October 25, 2017 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Page 4 of 9 Council November 6, 2017 Resolved that DRS 17-49 from the October 30, 2017 Recreation Services Committee meeting minutes be lifted for separate consideration and be sent back to staff for further information.

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee meeting minutes of October 30, 2017 be received and that recommendations contained therein be approved as amended.

Resolved that the memorandum from the Director of Planning dated November 6, 2017 with reference to Planning Report P.A.17-42, Hospital Precinct Secondary Plan and Urban Design Guidelines Revised Terms of Reference & Request for Proposals be approved.

Resolved that the correspondence prepared by the Grimsby Economic Development Advisory Committee and shared at the annual Mayor's Breakfast regarding statistics that pertain to the Town of Grimsby be received.

Resolved that correspondence from the City of St. Catharines with reference to a Motion of Council - Supporting 1,400 Jobs in Niagara be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-laws 17-86 to 17-88 inclusive and that the same be read a first time.

Resolved that the following be appointed to the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee for the 2014 to 2018 term of Council: • Philip Hoad • Richard Paola • Ann Foster Brabant And that the following be appointed Council representatives to the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee for the remainder of the term: • Alderman Nick DiFlavio • Alderman John Dunstall And that the following be appointed as Chair of the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee: • Alderman John Dunstall

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of October 17, 2017 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 17-86 to 17- 88 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
