Wilson; Resolved that Report P.A. 17-17, regarding applications for zoning amendment and draft plan of vacant land condominium approval be received; And that the decision be

Resolved that Report P.A. 17-18, regarding applications for zoning amendment, draft plan of subdivision and draft plan of common element condominium approval be received, and that: 1. The draft plan of subdivision be approved, subject to the conditions attached to this report as Appendix "A" with the additional condition requiring a reduction in the total number of units to 15; and that 2. The draft plan of condominium be approved, subject to the conditions attached to this report as Appendix "B"; and that 3. The draft zoning by-law amendment attached to the report as Appendix "C" be forwarded to Council for approval following the submission of a revised draft 30M Plan and a list of frontage and areas certified by an Ontario Land Surveyor.

Resolved that Report P.A. 17-13 regarding an application to revise an approved site plan by Homes by DeSantis (Casablanca) Inc. for a proposed 5 storey office building at 13 Windward Drive be received and that the application be approved subject to the applicant meeting the conditions specified in Appendix "A" of the report to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. Further, that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the amending development agreement on the Town's behalf.

Seaborn ; Resolved that St. Mary's Dormition Ukranian Catholic Church building located at 103 Mountain Road be included in the Town of Grimsby Municipal Heritage Register.

Resolved that the GEDAC Minutes of the meeting held on April 26, 2017, be received as information.
