Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of January 16, 2017 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Laura Ip, Resource Development Coordinator, YWCA with reference to the Coldest Night of the Year Event set for February 25, 2017 be received.

Resolved that the Planning & Development meeting minutes of January 24, 2017 be received and the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration with reference to the Ontario Medal for Young Volunteers and Ontario Volunteer Service Awards be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Alzheimer Society Niagara Foundation thanking the Town of Grimsby for hosting a fundraising event be received.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 17-15 to 17- 19 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee meeting minutes of January 31, 2017 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 17-15 to 17- 19 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
