Resolved that the Council minutes of May 17, 2010 be approved.

Resolved that the presentation by Ms. Linda Boich, Member of the Board and Mr. Steven Butz, CEO, YMCA of Niagara be received; and That the request in a report dated June 2, 2010 for a Municipal Fair Share Contribution by the Town of Grimsby toward the New West Niagara YMCA in the sum of $1,530,000 payable over 5 years be approved with the source of financing of $306,000 per year being

Resolved that the correspondence listed as Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that Mr. Alan Goddard be appointed to the Niagara Power Inc. Board of Directors for a one year term commencing at the Niagara Power Incorporated (NPI) 2009 Annual General Meeting; and Further that Mr. James Detenbeck be reappointed to the NPI Board of Directors for a period of three years commencing at the 2009 Annual General Meeting of NPI.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 10-40 - 10-47 inclusive and that same be now read a first time.

Resolved that By-law Nos. 10-40 - 10-47 inclusive just read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of the Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
