"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 11-21 regarding an application to amend the site plan at 24 Olive Street, Portofina‟s Restaurant Patio, be received, and that the application be denied and that the site be re-instated to the approved site plan, including internal garbage storage and work that has been completed on a proposed patio."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A.11-18 regarding an application for site plan approval by Branthaven Homes for Bravo by the Lake, On the Lake Estates Subdivision, be received and that the site plan application be approved subject to the conditions outlined in Appendix „A‟ of the report to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. That the Town enter into a subdivision agreement for Phase 1 of the On-the-Lake Estates subdivision subject to the Developer first completing the following outstanding items to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works: a) Completion and signing of all approved engineering plans including the urbanization of the south side of Winston Road that includes but is not limited to on street parking, b) Region of Niagara approval of Noise Attenuation Study, c) Ministry of the Environment (MOE) approval of Storm and Sanitary Sewers, d) Further, that subject to the above-mentioned outstanding conditions that the Developer be approved to pre-service the subdivision and site plan at his own risk subject to first obtaining all necessary agencies approval and meeting the Town's Standard Pre-Servicing Conditions. "RESOLVED, That Report DBE-11-7, dated May 10, 2011, be received and that Losani Homes request for a Sign By-law variance in order to permit an 30' x 12' development sign on the lands of the Murray Street (Sunflower) subdivision adjacent to the QEW be approved."
