Resolved that the minutes of the Special Council meeting of June 22, 2009, be approved.

Resolved that a delegation by Robb Ryan, resident of Sumner Crescent, with reference to Curb Cuts, be received.

Resolved that the Finance & Administration Committee minutes of July 13, 2009, be approved with amendments.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee minutes of July 14, 2009, be approved with amendments.

RESOLVED, That Report DPW09-37 dated July 15, 2009 regarding the Award of Contract PWC10-02-320040, Book Road (North) - Road Reconstruction be received, and that the Director be authorized to award the contract to Brennan Paving Limited, in the tendered amount of $179,950.00 and further, that the Mayor and the Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents and further, that the Town's contribution to this Infrastructure Stimulus Fund project be funded from the Town's Capital Reserve Fund.

Andreychuk; Resolved that By-laws No. 09-53 to 09-62, inclusive, just read a first time, be now read a second time and third time and finally passed, that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal that same, any rule of this Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
