Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of August 22, 2018 be approved.

Resolved that the presentation to John Gillespie celebrating 50 years of service with the Town of Grimsby be received.

Resolved that the delegation by Director, Nelles Manor Heritage House Bill Thompson regarding a request to declare a day in honour of Colonel Robert Nelles Day be sent to staff for a report.

Resolved that the delegation from Alzheimer's Society of Niagara regarding Alzheimer's Coffee Break Kick-off September 20, 2018 be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Rob Hattin regarding the Biodigester be received.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby lift Report AF 18- 50 from the September 10, 2018 Administration and Finance Committee meeting for separate consideration.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby recommends 1. That the Town of Grimsby exempt from property tax all of the property located at 424 Sobie Rd. as permitted under Section 110(6) of the Municipal Act, 2001 and Section 2(1) 4.1 of Ontario Regulatin 603/06; and, 2. That the municipal capital facility agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Grimsby and Grimsby Energy Inc. be amended, substantially in the form attached as Schedule A to allow for a property tax exemption on the said premises, and 3. That By-law 15-61 be amended authorizing the same.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of September 10, 2018 be received and the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Recreation, Facilities and Culture meeting minutes of September 11, 2018 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of September 11, 2018 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of September 12, 2018 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of September 4, 2018 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 18-62 to 18- 68 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 18-62 to 18- 68 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
