Be it resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board approve and adopt the Feasibility Study prepared by TCI Consultants and endorse its recommended phased approach as a guiding document for future library planning and development.

Be it resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board: Receive the donation of $20,600 from Dr. Andy Lam for the purpose of updating the lounge area furniture; AND THAT The Library Board authorize the CEO and Chief Librarian to allocate and spend the donated funds in accordance with the intended purpose of the donation and execute any related contracts or agreements.
