Resolved that the minutes of the Council meeting dated November 2, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Tim Dobbie, Tim Dobbie Consulting Ltd., with reference to the Draft Candidate Profile for a new Town Manager be received.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting dated November 3, 2015 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of November 10, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes for November 10, 2015 be approved.

Resolved the Report FCR 15-16 dated November 13, 2015 with reference to the Calder Community Centre - Hazardous Materials Abatement & Demolition be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to retain the services of Budget Environmental Disposal Inc. to complete the project at the cost of $98,600.00 excluding taxes.

Resolved that the memorandum from the Director of Planning, M. Seaman dated November 16, 2015 with reference to the Façade and Heritage Grants for 2 - 6 Main Street West and 22 Main Street West be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Town of Fort Erie dated October 27, 2015 with reference to Endorsement of Ministry of Transportation requirements for Bowen Road/QEW Interchange Structure be received and endorsed.

Resolved the leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-86 to 15- 90 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, labour relations or employee negotiations - Staff Working Agreements

Resolved that Council return to Open Session.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby confirm the direction given to staff in a closed session.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes dated November 9, 2015 be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-86 to 15- 90 read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
