Resolved that Submission A-05/14 by D. & F. Lalonde, for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended Section 11A Residential R3 Zone to allow for the construction of a 48 square metre covered porch, with a rear yard setback of 2.4 metres, and to allow a 2.15 metres high fence in the rear yard visibility area abutting a public street in a Residential R3 Zone at # 97 Peach Tree Lane, Grimsby be approved with conditions for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. Page 3 of 3 Committee of Adjustment April 1, 2014 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land. Subject to the following conditions: a. That the covered porch not be enclosed with side walls.
