Resolved that report TC-22-18, Extension of Integrity Commissioner Contract, dated December 5, 2022 be received; and That Council renew the term of the agreement with ADR Chambers for an additional two-year period on the same terms and pricing; and That Council authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute all amendments to the Agreement for Integrity Commissioner Services between the Town of Grimsby and ADR Chambers; and That the draft by-law, being a by-law to amend By-law 21-26 (a by-law to appoint an Integrity Commissioner for the Town of Grimsby, which is attached as Appendix A), be forwarded to Council for approval; and That prior to the end of the renewed term, Staff be directed to engage in a competitive procurement process and provide recommendations to Council on the appointment of an Integrity Commissioner.
