"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-20, regarding a site plan application by John Deere Ltd., 295 Hunter Road (5007-606) be received and that the application be approved subject to the applicant satisfying the conditions outlined in Appendix "A" to the report to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. Further, that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-21, regarding a site plan application by the Niagara Catholic District School Board, 145 Livingston Avenue, Blessed Trinity High School (5007-606) be received and that the site plan for the installation of services and parking lot be waived subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works. Further, that authorization for the construction of the Blessed Trinity School addition will not occur until a formal site plan agreement has been entered into with the Town."
