Planning Development Committee

Resolved that Report P.A. 16-24 regarding applications for site plan approval by Branthaven Homes for Lake House (Phases I and II) be received and that the applications be approved subject to the conditions outlined in Appendix "A" of this report. Further that a by-law be forwarded to Council for approval that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement(s) on the Town's behalf following the applicant meeting the conditions of approval to the satisfaction of the Planning Director.

Resolved that Report P.A. 16-25 regarding an application for site plan approval by Marz Homes (Niagara) Inc., Azure West Village be received and that the application be approved subject to the conditions outlined in Appendix "A" of this report and that; a) a by-law be forwarded to Council for approval that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf following the applicant meeting the conditions of approval to the satisfaction of the Planning Director; and b) that draft plan condition #17 be amended in accordance with Section 4.0 of the report.

Resolved that the heritage permit application for the proposed plans for the Carnegie Building restoration and accessibility project located at 25 Adelaide Street be granted a Heritage Permit subject to the following condition: 1. That a consultation meeting takes place between the Heritage Advisory Committee, the Director of Recreation Facilities and Culture and Mr. Mark Shoalts of Shoalts Engineering.

Resolved that the following Public Meeting minutes be adopted as Schedule "A" to the Planning & Development Committee minutes, dated July 12, 2016. Schedule: "A": Public Meeting Minutes dated June 30, 2016 Regarding a Zoning Amendment 26Z-16-1505 and Official Plan Amendment 26OP-16-1503, Slessor/Niagara Development

Resolved that the minutes of the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee meeting of July 5, 2016 be received as information.

Resolved that the Proposal for an Agricultural Review done by AgPlan Limited be received and a by-law be forwarded to Council for approval that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf.
