Resolved that Submission A-14/12 by Karen and Rodney Bader, to allow for the construction of a garage addition with an easterly side yard setback of 5.0 metres in a Residential R2 Zone at # 71 Lake Street, Grimsby, be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
