Planning Development Committee

Resolved that Report P.A. 16-19, regarding the designation evaluation for the Lawrence House at 61 Main Street East be received; And that the Lawrence House at 61 Main Street East does not meet the criteria for designation under the Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act; And that the Lawrence House at 61 Main Street East be documented through photographic archival recording prior to demolition by a Member of the Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals; and That the proposal for the replacement building at 61 Main Street East be circulated to the Heritage Advisory Committee for review; and That the existing staircase, ocular window and eave brackets be removed Page 3 of 4 Planning & Development Committee May 24, 2016 prior to demolition and kept by the owner in a location that is clean and dry so that these elements can be incorporated in the future building's design upon construction of the new commercial building.

Resolved that the minutes from the GHAC meeting held on May 17, 2016, be received as information.

Resolved that the following Public Meeting minutes be adopted as Schedule "A" to the Planning & Development Committee minutes, dated May 10, 2016. Schedule "A": Public Meeting Minutes dated May 10, 2016 Page 4 of 4 Planning & Development Committee May 24, 2016 Regarding a Zoning Amendment Application by Branthaven Lakeview Inc. for the Lakehouse Subdivision Z-14-07.

Resolved the following Public Meeting minutes be adopted as Schedule "B" to the Planning & Development Committee Minutes of May 24, 2016. Schedule "B": Public Meeting Minutes dated May 10th, 2016 Regarding a Zoning Amendment Application Z-09-07 and Draft Plan of Subdivision 26T-16-1001, Kemp Road Subdivision - Fernick/Wychopen
