Resolved that Submission A-26/11 by Carlo Ammendolia, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended, Section 11B, Residential R4 Zone, to allow for the installation of an inground swimming pool with a side and rear yard setback of 1.0 metres in a Residential R4 Zone at # 34 Vinifera Drive, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land. Page 3 of 5 Committee of Adjustment September 20, 2011 Subject to the following conditions: a. That the applicant satisfies the Public Works Department with respect to rear yard drainage.
